1824 Premium Beef is named in recognition of the year the Australian Agricultural Company (AACo) was founded. AACo owns and operates 21 stations across Northern Australia, breeding and growing quality cattle. 1824 Premium Beef is raised on nutritious grass pastures, finished on quality cereal grains and MSA graded to produce tender, juicy and flavourful beef.

Our certified Organic cattle are both raised and processed 100% organically. Cattle are raised on some of the world’s most pristine, natural pastures. Cattle feed on nutrient rich organic grasses which deliver a superb natural flavour. Our Organic beef is certified by internationally recognised bodies such as NASAA and USDA Organic.
+ Diamantina Platinum
Our Platinum cattle are specifically selected for their grain feeding performance to produce a consistent texture and flavour. Our platinum cattle are grazed on natural pastures for the majority of their lives before moving to a customised ration. This ration is specifically designed to produce optimum eating quality and to enable year round consistency.
Our Wagyu is sourced from the finest Japanese Wagyu genetics. Young cattle are raised on fertile pastures for the majority of their lives before moving to a carefully prepared ration that is designed to optimise eating quality and enable year round consistency. The exceptional marbling and tenderness of our Wagyu beef is the result of careful rearing in a pristine environment.
The pristine pastures and clean air of Tasmania, King Island and Flinders Island provide the perfect environment to grow Cape Grim Beef. Since 2006, the brand has developed a reputation for providing 100% grass fed premium-grade beef, sought after by butchers and chefs who have built their careers on choosing the best produce and letting it speak for itself. With its natural marbling, Cape Grim Beef is guaranteed to be tender, juicy and of the highest eating quality.

The region has produced Australia's finest pure meat lambs since the 1880's.
A group of select professional prime lamb producers supply the Sovereign brand and lambs are hand selected at each stage of the production chain to meet the strict specifications. This is gourmet lamb of the highest quality; every cut is outstanding, from the elegant rack of lamb to the boneless leg roast. Sovereign Lamb's Export, ISO and HACCP certified packing facility maintains the highest sanitation standards and procedures.
